Yes, We love our journeys weather it is short or long, official or non official, that doesn’t matter!!. Most of our memorable trips we made in our life might not be a pre planned one, but it will come about accidentally.

I am not a philosopher or historian then what makes me to write this now is because of an unexpected trip made with my buddies recently to Thirunavaya.

On the way I got a chance to see something different that I never experienced before. Iam talking about Thirunavaya Thazhathara valavu, a place currently unknown to most of the people living in Kerala.  

Thirunavaya Thazhathara valavu welcomes you with its own amazing natural beauty, it will give a mind-blowing experience just like valparai ghat at Kerala Tamilnadu Boarder.  

When we reach at Thazhathara valavu, we can see flooding Bharathapuzha (Nila) and hill side view of part of Navamukunda higher secondary school. That is spectacular in my experince and I doubt that you wont get it any place in Kerala.This is a nice spot for relaxation for people traveling through Tirur-Kuttippuram Road. From here you can see the beauty of the river Nila and you can enjoy pure wind.

If you want to see the eternal beauty of Bharatapuzha from Thirunavaya Thazhathara valavu, you must plan your trip on monsoon season. If you are lucky enough you can enjoy her dance too along with rain drops !!  

This place needs serious attention from authorities because it possesses great treasures as a tourist place. Constructing a walkway along with the river and open way to enter in to the mountain and seats to comfort visitors will defenetinly attracts more people to this place.
